A little introduction... It was early evening and I was at my Mistress's home enjoying a bottle of wine with her and discussing my behavior when she introduced me to the new high heel training program that I was about to be subjected to.

Some time ago I had created a computer database of all of the shoes in my collection so I could display them on my web site. For a little fun, I had also created a little computer program that would randomly pick a pair of shoes for my collection for me, in case I was having trouble choosing a pair to wear. That set the stage for what was about to become a new daily ritual for me, starting now.

I have been wearing heels for some time and can already manage 5-inch heels very well, even for long periods of time, so she decided to start off my strict training ritual with 4-inch heels, rather than lower ones.

Since it was already evening, she instructed me to begin as soon as I returned home. Thus my first day of this exquisite new torture would thankfully be a little shorter than the rest, at least in theory allowing me to ease in to this new ritual that would soon be a very significant part of my daily life.

Which finally brings us to today's choice...

I opened up my shoe web page, selected my 4-inch heels, and with more than a little bit of apprehension clicked on the random shoe chooser. Thankfully it selected a pair that is not terribly uncomfortable, a good first choice. This is an older pair of shoes that were made in the 80's. I haven't worn these shoes very often before, but I purchased them used because I loved the shoe styles of the 80's, so thankfully they were already somewhat broken in by someone else.

I have them on now as I write this and will be sleeping in them tonight. They are not all that uncomfortable. The back edge is digging in to the back of my ankles a little bit, but it is not unbearable. It certainly is not possible to forget that I have them on however.
