This simple tie is comprised of two sets of Two-Column Ties. Each set is one ankle tied to one wrist. I usually tie this pose with the Bottom sitting down, and then roll them onto their back or side after they are tied. Remember, when moving a bound Bottom, support their weight to avoid shoulder, hip, back, and head injuries.

Some Bottoms prefer to have their back cushioned on a bed and then lift their limbs up in the air to be bound. Having additional support can help a lot when trying to get frisky in your bondage, or when trying to use this tie with the chest down, one shoulder down on the ground, and ass up in the air.

While playing with a partner, try moving between positions and combinations without getting someone completely out of rope. In this case, you can untie the left ankle from its corresponding wrist, and take that rope (or a new one), and use it to tie a One-Column Tie around the exposed left wrist. You can now tie that wrist down to a bed, or over to the space between the right ankle and wrist to create something all new!

Keeping the ties going can be engaging for some Bottoms and Tops, while others enjoy staying in only one pose for an entire scene. Check in with each other as you go, and/or before you play, to make sure everyone gets their needs and desires met.
